PG-102

Product Status
  • Phase 2a completed
Lead Indications
  • Type 2 diabetes

  • Obesity

  • MASH

Technology
  • NTIG®-engineered GLP-1/GLP-2 biologic

Target Profile
  • Monthly injectable

PG-102 is a first-in-class gut-targeted metabolic biologic designed to move treatment beyond conventional incretin paradigms.

By integrating long-acting GLP-1 activity with the complementary biology of GLP-2 co-agonism, PG-102 is being developed to deliver durable metabolic efficacy with improved metabolic quality, enhanced tolerability, and long-term treatment sustainability.

Unlike conventional CNS-driven approaches focused primarily on appetite suppression, PG-102 aims to restore healthier body composition, improve gastrointestinal tolerability, and reduce the chronic metabolic burden associated with obesity and type 2 diabetes.

The program is advancing into multiple Phase 2b studies focused on monthly maintenance therapy, high-exposure obesity regimens, and metabolically vulnerable populations, including elderly type 2 diabetes.

PG-102 Pill(RPG-102/RT-114)

Product Status
  • Phase 1a completed
Lead Indications
  • Obesity
Technology
  • RaniPill®-enabled NTIG® GLP-1/GLP-2 biologic

Target Profile
  • Weekly oral

PG-102 Pill is a first-in-class oral GLP-1/GLP-2 dual agonist designed to redefine the potential of oral biologics in metabolic disease.

Enabled by the proprietary RaniPill® platform, the program aims to achieve injectable-like systemic exposure with a once-weekly oral dosing profile.

Unlike conventional daily oral incretins, PG-102 Pill is being developed to deliver durable metabolic efficacy with improved gastrointestinal tolerability, visceral fat targeting, and healthier body composition through GLP-2 co-agonism.

The program has completed Phase 1a evaluation and is advancing into repeat-dose Phase 1b studies in obesity to validate weekly oral biologic feasibility and differentiated metabolic efficacy.

PG-110

Product Status
  • Preclinical
Lead Indications
  • Sarcopenia

  • Obesity (adjunct therapy)

Technology
  • NTIG®-enabled ActRII/myostatin multi-specific biologic

Target Profile
  • Once-monthly (SC injectable)

PG-110 is a next-generation musculoskeletal biologic designed to preserve muscle function and metabolic health in obesity and aging-related conditions.

By combining moderated ActRII inhibition with soluble myostatin neutralization, PG-110 is engineered to improve muscle functionality while minimizing liabilities associated with conventional ActRII blockade.

An additional undisclosed metabolic component further expands the therapeutic profile toward broader musculoskeletal health and long-term metabolic resilience.

Unlike conventional muscle-directed approaches focused primarily on muscle mass, PG-110 is being developed to deliver differentiated functional muscle improvement with improved tolerability and chronic treatment feasibility.

The program is currently advancing through preclinical evaluation.

PG-401

Product Status
  • Discovery
Lead Indications
  • Asthma

Technology
  • NTIG®-enabled TSLP/IL-4Rα bispecific biologic

Target Profile
  • Once-monthly

PG-401 is a next-generation bispecific biologic designed to deliver dual-pathway suppression of type 2 inflammation in asthma.

By simultaneously targeting upstream TSLP signaling and downstream IL-4Rα-mediated inflammatory amplification, PG-401 aims to achieve broader and more durable inflammatory control beyond conventional single-pathway therapies.

Current lead molecules have demonstrated benchmark-level affinity and potency against both TSLP and IL-4Rα targets in preclinical evaluation.

The program is advancing toward final lead candidate selection and planned preclinical development initiation in 2026.
