PG-401 is a next-generation bispecific biologic designed to deliver dual-pathway suppression of type 2 inflammation in asthma.

By simultaneously targeting upstream TSLP signaling and downstream IL-4Rα-mediated inflammatory amplification, PG-401 aims to achieve broader and more durable inflammatory control beyond conventional single-pathway therapies.

Current lead molecules have demonstrated benchmark-level affinity and potency against both TSLP and IL-4Rα targets in preclinical evaluation.

The program is advancing toward final lead candidate selection and planned preclinical development initiation in 2026.
