PG-110 is a next-generation musculoskeletal biologic designed to preserve muscle function and metabolic health in obesity and aging-related conditions.

By combining moderated ActRII inhibition with soluble myostatin neutralization, PG-110 is engineered to improve muscle functionality while minimizing liabilities associated with conventional ActRII blockade.

An additional undisclosed metabolic component further expands the therapeutic profile toward broader musculoskeletal health and long-term metabolic resilience.

Unlike conventional muscle-directed approaches focused primarily on muscle mass, PG-110 is being developed to deliver differentiated functional muscle improvement with improved tolerability and chronic treatment feasibility.

The program is currently advancing through preclinical evaluation.
