PG-102 Pill is a first-in-class oral GLP-1/GLP-2 dual agonist designed to redefine the potential of oral biologics in metabolic disease.

Enabled by the proprietary RaniPill® platform, the program aims to achieve injectable-like systemic exposure with a once-weekly oral dosing profile.

Unlike conventional daily oral incretins, PG-102 Pill is being developed to deliver durable metabolic efficacy with improved gastrointestinal tolerability, visceral fat targeting, and healthier body composition through GLP-2 co-agonism.

The program has completed Phase 1a evaluation and is advancing into repeat-dose Phase 1b studies in obesity to validate weekly oral biologic feasibility and differentiated metabolic efficacy.
